  3. Prepare the marinade by combining the yogurt, vinegar, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chilli powder & tandoori masala.
  4. Drain the water. Prick the paneer pieces with the help of a toothpick.
  5. Add the marinade. Mix well to coat. Keep covered until you are ready to grill.
  6. Preheat Electric Grill or heat a Grill Pan. *I used an Indoor Electric Grill for the Paneer & a Grill Pan for the Veggies.
  7. Grease the plates of the Grill &/or the Grill Pan with the cooking oil.
  8. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until grill marks appear on the Tikkas & the Veggies are slightly charred.
  9. Sprinkle Chaat Masala.
  10. Enjoy hot with Green Chutney!
  11. Note: Soaking the Paneer in Hot Water, keeps it soft & supple. Doesn’t let it get rubbery.
