  6. When you feel like 80% rice are boiled, then take them off stove and drain water.
  7. Its the final step now, pour some oil in the bottom, put half rice in the oily pan and then whole cooked chicken then all the rice again. Now its the time for color sprinkle it a bit with fingers. Put lemons on the top and a small spoon of biryani essence.
  8. Take a clean cloth n wash it with luke water water, cover the pan's cover wuth that cloth and put thw pan on heat, first leave the burner on full flame for 2 3 mins, and when you feel there is enough steam inside reduce it to minimum for 15 mins.
  9. Make salad in a mean while as you like. After 15 mins mix biryani well but make sure don't break or mash it.
